In NY, these are PPO dental plans. If go Out-of-Network you will be balance billed.
In FL: these are PPO dental plans.
- Choice Plans: Flex and Flex Plus:
- If go Out-Of-Network pays at 80% for Usual and Customary fees, then owe Co-Insurance.
- Best Savings for staying In-Network plans: Spirit Core PPO, Senior Preferred PPO, Spirit Pinnacle PPO, Basic – Preventative Plus PPO.
- Have to see a dentist in the Ameritas network. They can only charge the maximum allowable.
